Oasis was founded in 1975 by Brent Gaffney. We began as a residential lawn maintenance company. Over the years, we have become so much more! Now, our primary focus is managing and performing Infrastructure Asset Maintenance while our Landscape division is still completing and maintaining beautiful landscape projects for State and Municipalities. Oasis has been fortunate to support this growth by hiring experienced professionals to carry out the vision of becoming a leading provider of services to all of our clients.
Special Announcement - April 2025
Oasis is pleased to announce the signing of a definitive agreement to purchase Integrated Asset Maintenance (“IAM”) a business owned by Versar Global Solutions ("Versar"), a leading global provider of technical and mission-oriented solutions headquartered in Washington DC. IAM provides asset maintenance services for transportation infrastructure services for customers in the states of Florida, South Carolina and Virginia.
The agreement was signed on March 28, 2025, and is expected to close within a short period to follow. Versar will continue to operate the IAM business until the close is completed. After the close, Oasis will have nearly 400 employees and over 20 locations operating in three states.
